Ensuring you receive our emails

If you are not receiving email from us it is likely that your email provider is blocking us or the email is diverted to your junk/spam folder. To prevent this please add us to your safe / contact list by following the steps below.

Hotmail

• Login to your Hotmail account then click on 'Options' in the top right hand corner of the page.
• Next click on 'Safe and blocked senders' under the Junk e-mail section (If you do not see this option click on 'More Options')
• Next click on 'Safe Senders' Type in support@dancerspro.com and click 'Add to list'

Yahoo

• Login to your Yahoo account then click on 'Options' in the top right hand corner and select 'mail options'
• Next click on 'Contacts' from the left hand menu
• Next click on 'Add Contact' 
• Type in International Dancers Pro, BC, support@dancerspro.com in the top section then scroll down and click 'Save'

Gmail

• Login to your Gmail account then click on 'Contacts' from the left hand menu
• Click on the '+friend' icon (the left hand icon at the top left hand corner)
• Type 'support@dancerspro.com' into the Email box then click 'Save' (just above the Name box)
• (You do not have to complete the whole contact form, just the email address and then click the Save button)
